I went from being an oppressed, voiceless individual to a fierce woman who refuses to stay silent in the face of injustice. After being wrongfully accused, incarcerated, and mistreated by a system that failed me, I found my voice through the pain and resilience that came from those experiences. The struggle awakened a fire within me, driving me to speak out against the injustices I’ve faced and others continue to endure. Now, I fight for change—using my art, my music, and my activism to demand a fairer, more compassionate world where no one else has to suffer the way I did. My journey is a testament to the power of transformation and the unshakable strength that comes from reclaiming your voice.

Where   we   are   now

I am a pioneer in my family—a first-generation Guatemalan American, the first to graduate both high school and college, and a military veteran. Coming from humble beginnings in Central Los Angeles, I’ve faced abuse, trauma, and toxic relationships, but through it all, I found my voice. As I navigate the path of activism, I advocate for the incarcerated, formerly incarcerated veterans, and migrants, fighting for their rights and dignity. My journey from survival to empowerment fuels my dedication to creating change and speaking out for those who’ve been overlooked or silenced. I stand as a testament to resilience, breaking generational barriers and using my experiences to uplift others in their fight for justice.

I advocate for those who have been marginalized and oppressed by society—immigrants, veterans, the incarcerated, and the formerly incarcerated—because I understand what it feels like to be overlooked and dehumanized. My activism centers on raising awareness, amplifying their voices, and fighting for systemic change. Whether it's pushing for better support for veterans, advocating for fair treatment of immigrants, or pushing for justice for those impacted by the criminal justice system, I work to ensure these communities are seen, heard, and treated with dignity. My mission is to challenge the systems that perpetuate inequality and work toward a more just and compassionate society for all.
